This is a unique opportunity to be part of something new from the ground up and help shape the experience from day one.
No industry experience is required. We’re looking for individuals who demonstrate professionalism, confidence, strong teamwork skills, and a genuine love for the outdoors.
We’re currently hiring for:
Customer Service Agent — Welcomes guests, registers jumpers, ensures waivers are completed, prepares participants for their experience, and assists with merchandise and video sales.
Customer Service Manager — Oversees all aspects of the customer service department, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and guest experience.
Retrieval Operator — Operates from the boat, safely receiving jumpers and transporting them back to shore.
Scheduler — Works on the tower, harnessing and preparing jumpers for their activity flow.
Jump Assistant & Jump Master — Lead and facilitate the jumping experience while ensuring the safety of all participants and staff.
